Positive: Squeaky-Clean, I mean clean facilities, toilet, shower, wash basin sparkling 24/7. Lounge with drink and ice cream server also kept immaculate. Bed area very comfortable if bit too cold but there's a "pillow bar" as well as "blanket bar" to customize your comfort. Quiet, civilized clientele, location couldn't get better immediately in front of Kamata Station. Daily snack/meal free of charge. Just can't get any better.
Negative: Won't allow anyone to stay in the building between 1000 - 1500.
Summary: Super clean, quiet, civilized venue with tons of amenities for a price just can't beat.
