Central gourmet kitchen, complete with butlers pantry stocked with your essentials flows into the Dining Area and overlooks the side el fresco. Large rear Family Room with 55'' remote smart TV allows access out to the covered rear patio. Front Living Room with 65'' remote smart TV provides a second large area to enjoy as well as the thoughtful addition of a third separate Sitting Room (with 50" remote smart TV, Wii Console, Board Games & Children's Books).
The rear King bedroom has a large WIR and ensuite (with shower, separate toilet and double vanity complete with hairdryer, soap, hand soap, shampoo), wall mounted Smart TV and overlooks the rear deck with outdoor lounge setting.
Bedrooms 2 is a Queen room with WIR and wall mounted Smart TV and sliding door access to side of property.

To the rear of the yard is a purpose built mini basketball court with NBA concreted adjustable height ring adjoining a sunken fire pit with seating for up to 10 people.
There is also a side deck (with an outdoor lounge area for 6 people, umbrella and gas heater for the cooler nights) and illuminated at night with over hanging solar festoon lighting giving it that 'private beer garden feel'.
Located in the double garage is a sports storage area (with beach cricket set, totem tennis & basket balls) and a table tennis table for endless hours of fun.
There is also an adjacent central park & playground and it is a leisurely 8 min walk to the family friendly Red Rocks Beach.
