Just minutes NW of Downtown Murfreesboro, we are in a wonderful sought-after neighborhood resting at the end of a peacefully quiet cul-de-sac directly next-door to a 25-acre field. Take a walk through the quiet neighborhood roads. The neighborhood is all cul-de-sacs with one entrance, there is no through traffic and it's safe and peaceful.
There are enough parking spaces for three vehicles, two are available on The "RIGHT SIDE" of the private driveway (one behind the other), and the third on the street directly in front of the home. There is a Dollar General, Subway, and BP gas station within walking distance. There's an Aldi 1 mile from the house. Kroger and Publix groceries are less than 2 miles each. There are local parks and the Stone River National Battlefield within a short drive as well as the Stones River Mall and popular Murfreesboro shopping and eateries only 7 minutes away.
This "in our home" apartment has one private bedroom with one queen size bed. The living room for parties greater than 2 will have set-up, one or two twin extra-long baffled air mattress with built in air pumps, for a total of four sleeping locations. The sofa is NOT a sleeper. We only rent to one party at a time. You will NEVER share your apartment amenities with another party.
