This property has three fully equipped bedrooms; one bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with queen and double bunk bed, and master bed with king bed. Two bathrooms and one half bath. This home has a spacious office with desk and printer. The open space floor plan easily accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. It's set in a peaceful neighborhood just a 5-minute drive from new town centers, shops and everyday convenience access. This property offers the perfect blend of privacy, quiet neighborhood, and access to community center and extensive walking paths. It is located in the newer Queen Creek Station which is very well maintained.
Inside, the open layout feels bright and welcoming. It starts with a modern kitchen featuring a roomy kitchen island with stools, essential cooking utensils, and all the necessary appliances. Just off the kitchen, there's a dining table for eight, making it easy to share meals and gather. The living room is set up with a large comfortable leather sectional with three electric recliners, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan with light, perfect for movie nights or lounging after a dip in the pool.
Both bathrooms are well-designed for ease and comfort. The primary bath includes a separate tub, a shower, a double vanity, and a private toilet area with adjacent roomy walk-in closet. The second bath offers a tub/shower combo and double vanity. Ceiling lights throughout the home keep it bright, and the washer and dryer are available for your use.
