Did I mention? It has the most bars per capita in the United States.
It is zoned to have majority of buildings under 6 stories high to keep that charming vintage neighborhood feel.
It is the birthplace of baseball and hometown of Frank Sinatra. It has a university hospital and one of the oldest technological universities.
It is next to the commercial street. Enjoy the convenience without added noise :)

Taxi would be 15 mins depending on traffic.
You may also want to walk 10 mins to stations to take ferry or PATH train. That’s just another 10min to downtown Manhattan.
