Positive: LOCATION!!! Perfect!
Negative: Maintenance issues; dryer did not work, bedroom sink drained very slowly, some lightbulbs needed replaced, wooded doors on beachside were extremely difficult to open and close, the carpet was so wet ( from cleaning…which was a good thing but …)we had to wear shoes for 3 days and the cleaning was definitely lacking. One single bed had a broken leg which we put a board under but still was not level and another bed was so worn the 2 boys rolled to the middle.
Summary: The location of the house was great and the house itself was interesting but definitely needs upgrading.
