Empyreal Garden Vacation Home is a luxury getaway in Missoula, MT with gorgeous Asian gardens right in your own backyard. Views of the Bitterroot mountains and glimpses of wildlife can be seen at all times of the day. On the inside,
The living room has a brand new sectional sofa, flat screenTV, coffee table, 2 beautiful vases, lamps and the room is carpeted.
The kitchen has refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, all kitchen dishes, glasses and coffee cups. It also has cooking pans and utensils, cutting boards, and all cutlery needed for dining. Also has a dishwasher with a sanitizing cycle. The eat-in portion of the kitchen has a nice table with 4 chairs and a china hutch.
The dining area has a brand new dining table with six chairs and is located off the kitchen in a separate area. The dining room features a corner china hutch with decorations as well.
The master bedroom has a California king bed with 2 very spacious closets, a dresser and an en suite bathroom that has shower, large bathtub, double sinks and toilet.
The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with dresser, closet and new linens.
The third upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with dresser, closet, new linens and is located opposite bedroom 2.
The fourth bedroom is considered part of the main upper floor but is a few steps down. It has a bunk bed and a queen bed with new linens. There is no closet in this room. It is a private sleeping space with access to the beautiful back yard.
There is a laundry room with a half bath on the upper floor, and there is another full bath for the second and third bedrooms located across from each other.
On the lower floor:
There is a living room with a sofa and flat screen TV, a coffee table and end tables.
There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, all dishes, glasses and cutlery, and is equipped with pots and pans, utensils and cutting boards. Coffee pot is available as well. The kitchen area has space with a table and 4 chairs for dining.
Bedroom 1 downstairs has a queen bed, closet, dresser, new linens, make up table and lots of light.
Bedroom 2 downstairs has a bunk bed and a twin bed, intended for children. This is a more open space with no door separating the bedroom from the living room. Access to the TV is right off the bedroom and there is plenty of play space.
There is one fully-equipped disabled bathroom with hand bars in the bath area and the elongated higher toilet.
There is an entry to the downstairs area directly off the 3-car garage. Access to the backyard is available from the door in the garage as well.
No laundry room on lower floor.
The backyard:
Has a table with seating for 6 people, and a few steps away is a gazebo that can fit 6 to 8 people. There is a BBQ grill available off the upstairs kitchen.
The yard has an array of flowers, bonsai trees, bushes and a vegetable garden. There is plenty of grassy area to relax in and there is a trellis under which you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
There is plenty of wildlife in the area, including white-tail deer, meadowlarks and all types of other birds.
There is air conditioning for the summer and natural gas heating in the winter. 3 vehicles can park in the area in front of the garage. Parking must be off the street.
IMPORTANT:
No events are permitted at this venue. Neighborhood association rules require no exterior loud noise after 10:00pm.
Please note that any unreported damages will incur charges for the repair invoice plus 20%. All VRBO guests must purchase a $59.00 insurance policy through VRBO that covers $1500 in damages.
