Located in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains with private access to the Linville River. Spend you day enjoying nature, visiting Wineries, shopping, or floating in the river. Wind down beside our firepit while your dinner is cooking on the charcoal grill! Large, grassy lot with plenty of room for kids and dogs to play. Park Model camper has 2 slide outs, super slide in living/kitchen area and a slide in master bedroom. Shower with tub in bathroom. Microwave, residential refrigerator, and 3 burner gas stove with oven in kitchen. Laminate & carpet floors. Both bedrooms feature a full-size bed and ample storage. Front bedroom has a solid door, master bedroom has an accordion door to bathroom and a solid door between bathroom and kitchen. The living room offers a sliding glass door. Coffee pot, mugs, plates, silverware, pots, pans, dish towels, and basic utensils provided. Firewood is available for purchase from host, $25 a bundle. Bed and Bath Linens can be provided for an additional fee of $50.00.
