Get ready to relax in this stunning, bright, open 4-bedroom, 5-full bathroom plus sunroom home featuring 2 huge wrap-around porches, 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a double-mattress bunk bed with double trundle. Our home is perfect for a large group or two families. 4 renovated en-suite full bathrooms are equipped with linens, hair dryers and shower/bathtub in the double bunk room. All bedrooms (minus the bunk room) have sliding glass doors with access to large porches. The reverse floor plan offers 3 bedrooms with full baths and a large laundry room on the first floor; and the master bedroom with full bath and sunroom with full bath on the 2nd floor along with the kitchen, dining area, dry bar with beverage fridge and large living room. The sunroom is a separate room with doors that is ideal for kids or teens to use as a private TV or game room, or guests to use as a quiet office space. The living room opens up through double doors to a screened porch with dining table and built-in benches, a large sectional & loveseat for relaxing, reading and enjoying the expansive ocean views. The same porch has a brand new swinging bed with a full view. The entire upstairs living area enjoys beautiful sunsets over South Beach. Our home is located on a quiet street just east of Bald Head Island Club, where a full membership (including golf) is available. It is also an easy walk to beach Access 15! Shoals Club membership also available.
