4 Bedroom House in Fraser
This 4 bedroom, 4 bath townhome is located at the top of Winter Park Ranch, giving it some of the best views in town! It is on the bus route to Winter Park Ski Area and not far from Ski Granby Ranch. The location couldn't be better for snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking and biking. There's a game room with darts and foosball table and multiple living rooms. There's a Wii with big brain challenge, sports, play and family game night. For the summer, there is a great yard with two sets of horseshoe pits, corn hole and washers and a grill for great BBQs. The Pole Creek and Headwaters golf courses are a short drive away. The Headwaters of the Colorado river provides great fishing, as do Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain and Grand Lakes. There is also great deer and elk hunting in Grand County, with an owner willing to point you to the sweet spots.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and bunk beds in case the kids need to be close by and it has its own deck with unbelievable views of Byers Peak. The master bath is newly remodeled with in floor tile heat. There are also 2 Queen bedrooms with baths and a full bedroom plus a day bed with trundles makes room for 10. There is a crib for the little ones, and a pack and play. The kitchen is well appointed with everything a gourmet cook could need. TV's are either smart tv's or have Roku sticks, no standard TV service is available. High Speed Wireless internet . On the Fraser moose migratory route!
The second living room in the basement has a large sectional and a big flat screen with a Wii. Shared hot tub.
Pets are allowed, but limited to 2. There is a $250 pet fee. If the party is to capacity(10) then only one pet is allowed. If the pet fee is not paid and guests have pets that fee will be taken out of the damage deposit.
