The space: Rental encompasses entire 1st floor of a 3-story loft apartment building withs its own private entrance.
The high ceiling unit features a 350sf+/- living room with two couches positioned to enjoy the 55 inch smart TV. The other side of the living room has a work desk and a small dining area with easy access to cooking and the kitchen.
Sleeping arrangements include two (2) bedrooms: a large master bedroom with a king bed with a smart TV mounted and two closets. The second bedroom is small and has a double bed. Both rooms can accommodate the rollaway folding single cot and/or a full sized air mattress.
The unit has one large bathroom with a washer dryer area.
A small private vestibule fronts the two entrance to the rental and features a retro arcade game (Ms. Pac-Man & Galaga).
The side of the house has a nice deck and BBQ primed for a happy hour drink with visibility to the grassy backyard, a perfect place for kids to play.
Parking for numerous cars is available on a dedicated driveway in front of the rental.
