A lovely Sea Isle City condominium located at 1204 Landis Avenue. Sit back on the provided lounge furniture and enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the large ocean and bay decks. Experience unobstructed views from Avalon to Atlantic City. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features oversized living room and dining room, providing a comfortable space to enjoy the many amenities we provide. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has 2 sets of bunkbeds with sleeping for 4. The master bedroom king size bed has a private bath and deck with bay and wetland views. Equipped with central air, washer, dryer, 3 TV. The kitchen is well stocked with glassware, dishes, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher and microwave. You will need to provide your own linens and towels. There is plenty of parking on property with outside showers and enclosed storage space.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

Summary: Pros- Beautiful property. Well appointed. Very clean. Brand new rugs (still shedding so lots of sweeping.) Gorgeous back bay views. Amazing sunsets. We saw so many beautiful birds including two bald eagles who perched right outback the entire week. Beach access is so close so it’s easy to run back and forth to the beach. Cons- The road was noisy. Sitting on the front deck by the dune view (Not ocean view) was unfortunately not enjoyable. Endless little fruit flies made it impossible to enjoy a glass of wine, inside or outside. The upstairs tenets were loud. You can hear every footstep and door close.
