This updated, upscale detached duplex is on one of the nicest streets in the coveted Lantern Village! Walk to the harbor, restaurants, bars, the Ocean Institute, fantastic beaches and parks, Baby Beach, the marina, and the charter whale watching boats as well as the Catalina Express Boats. And, the charming beach town of San Clemente and Laguna Beach are right next door. Let the fun begin. LOCATION! LOCATION.
With almost 2600 sq ft you; will have the luxory of having two homes for the price of one large home. This set up is great for families and other parties who want to share the experiences of the Dana Point area, but want to also enjoy their own place.
With a total of five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens, three decks, parking for five cars, and two living rooms, we think your family/group will enjoy the convenience and privacy of this unique set up.
The lower level condo is all on one level with NO steps except a small step at the entry. Inside you will be greeted with a recently remodeled two-bedroom, two bath residence with a super large private deck with ocean view. The master boasts a Cal King bed and a over-sized shower. The guest bedroom features a comfy queen-size bed and a desk area for your personal work space. The well-equipped kitchen is set up for cooking full meals and has a new dishwasher, gas range, microwave, and lots of cabinets and storage. A queen sofa sleeper is in the living room and we also have a pack n play for babies and toddlers as well as a high chair.
The upper condo was totally gutted in 2016 and everything was replaced. This condo looks like new and features an outstanding kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two private decks, and a contemporary living room with French doors, crown moldings, and a gas fireplace. Both decks have ocean view with the larger deck off master bedroom. The master bath has a huge custom shower and mirrored closet doors with custom built ins. The second guest room has a queen size bed, desk area and dresser. Along with a ceiling fan, mirrored closet doors and closet shelving. The 3rd guest room has a bunk bed with a full size bed on bottom and twin bed on top. As well as a pack and play crib for younger guests.
Each unit has its own washer and dryer in a laundry room located on the side of the building.
