Enjoy this charming four-bedroom home that's nestled in a vibrant east Austin neighborhood and perfect for a group or family! With many nearby restaurants, shops, and a quick drive downtown, there is truly something for every person to enjoy. We know you will feel right at home in this thoughtfully designed Austin space!
When you enter our home, you will walk into the spacious living room with tons of seating! You will have plenty of room to comfortably walk in with your luggage and belongings. On this main floor we have a large living area, dining table for all, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bluetooth sound system. Look beyond the living area and you will see the deck with its expansive view! Check it out by exiting out the second small dining area or through the living room. This deck has seating for all, a grill, string lights and two paths to the yard. We even have a cute doggy door that leads to the backyard for your pet!
Head back inside and you will find a half bath and a laundry room on the main floor. From there, you can head up the stairs to find a second living space with games and smart tv. All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor and are fitted with luxury hotel quality linens. Up here we have a massive primary suite with a king bed, bathroom with two showers, walk-in closet, and veranda. On the second floor we also have two queen bedrooms, a large full bathroom with tub and shower, and a spacious bedroom with two full beds. Each room is comfortable and has plenty of space for your and your belongings.

Your reservation also includes parking for up to three cars in the driveway and two in the garage for a total of five.

We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $2,000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
