Positive: Robert, Barbara and Patrick are the ultimate hosts. Robert is a mine of information regarding the local area and gave us some very good guidance. Robert met us on arrival and explained everything clearly. Additional queries were responded to very promptly via WhatsApp. The apartment is as per the photo's, but better. Everything is good quality, spotlessly clean and there are lots of extra thoughtful touches that add to it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Barbara kindly left in some fresh produce from her garden. Excellent hob and oven and a dishwasher make life easy. The bathroom is nicely finished, and the washing machine and drying rack are located there. The living area is comfortably furnished and bright. There are two balconies off the living area and one in the bedroom. The larger balcony has the most amazing view looking over Zagreb and is the perfect place to sit with a cuppa and enjoy the setting. The building is very secure and with ample space for parking at the front of the building. The local area is quiet, it is a very restful place. There are numerous supermarkets in and around Samobor. There is a large shopping center further out if needed and Zagreb is not too far away either. We really enjoyed our stay and have no reservations in recommending the apartment. The hosts are what make it so special.
