Two-storey villa located in a quiet area with beautiful sea views. It is a residential where there are 4 houses with an entrance for cars and each of them has its parking area.
The house has three floors, on the first floor and as we access from the outside there is a living room with TV, and exit to the terrace and beautiful views of the sea and the rock of Es Vedra, kitchen with access to the terrace, toilet, bedroom with two beds with en suite bathroom with shower.
The upper floor has a bedroom with double bed with en suite bathroom and access to the large private terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the islet of Es Vedra.
Leaving through the living room, we access a staircase that goes down to the pool and solarium area with sunbeds for sunbathing and ample sofa area. From the pool we can access the lower floor where we find a living room with TV and a bar where there is a small fridge and washing machine, there are also two bedrooms with two bathrooms.
This house is very comfortable for families or friends who want to be in different environments as it has 2 rooms.
