Located on the canals in Exmouth Marina, this property is a short stroll to Town Beach and Mantarays Resort.
Launch your boat at the nearby ramp and enjoy a day on the water or make yourself comfortable on one of the balconies and enjoy the Exmouth marine life from the comfort of home.
Bedroom 1 contains a queen bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities including induction cooktop, large oven, double fridge/freezer combo with water cooler. The large double sink includes a water filter. the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, glassware and serving dishes.
The house sits on a quiet street, walking distance to Mantarays, Town Beach and the Boat Ramp. And if you don't feel like going far to fish, you can drop a line in the canals. I've left a few rods in the garage for your use.
The property backs onto the harbour popular for boating, jetskiing and fishing. Ningaloo Reef & the Cape Range National Park are driving distance.
There are also a couple of board games and books to read. These are in the TV cabinet in the lounge. The laundry is located in the garage. There is a washing machine and clothes line here for you to use. And a second fridge, should you need additional storage for food or drinks.
Should you be travelling with an infant, there is a pram, high chair, change table & baby bath that you are able to use during your stay. These are stored in the garage.
