This home is located only minutes away from all of the activities Angel Fire has to offer. Wildlife will be your neighbors when you stay in this amazing Vista with a large wrap around deck where you can relax and enjoy the mountain air. This home is ADA accessible with a newly added ADA ramp and Bathroom with ADA Shower, sink and toilet.
Wheeler Peak Vista is a three bedroom, three bathroom home that has accommodations for 8 to 10, making it ideal for families, friends or couples traveling together.
Fire up the gas grill for a meal with a view! You'll love seeing the local wildlife in their natural habitat during outdoor picnics.
When you're not relaxing outdoors, head inside to find the open living and kitchen area. Curl up on plush sofas and watch your favorite Streaming Service shows as a family on the flat screen TV that is equipped with ROKU!
Kitchen: Open with a bar that will seat 6 comfortably. Double sink with a garbage disposal. Standard size dishwasher, Standard size built in Oven, Coffee pot and KERIG provided, Crockpot, Microwave, Toaster, Utensils, pots and pans, dishes. Jenn-air cooktop with 4 burners but it can be easily converted to a cooktop with 2 burners and a griddle -Insert stored under the cooktop. Small faucet at sink is Reverse Osmosis filtered waterfor drinking and cooking. RO water is also supplied to the water dispenser and ice maker in refrigerator.
Dining area located in area just off the kitchen. Large dining table that with seating for 8. The Wi-Fi router is located in Dining Area the passcode is printed in the Visitor's welcome binder.
Living area: Open floor plan with stunning views of Wheeler Peak. Gas fireplace that is thermostat controlled. Two ceiling fans with remote control lights and fan. Flat screen TV with ROKU. WI-FI throughout the home. Full size Murphy Bed and a Queen size sofa Sleeper. Recliner. Many extra blankets and throws located in chest. Lots of drink coasters in coffee table in center of room.
Retreat to one of 3 bedrooms at the end of the day for a good night's rest!
Master Bedroom: Located in loft above the living area. Access via a spiral staircase. There is a privacy curtain that can be closed to block light and the view from below. King size bed. Walk in closet area with 3/4 bath located off that, hair dryer provided. Extra Towels and linens in cabinet opposite the bath. Private balcony off the Master Suite with a great view of Wheeler Peak.
Bedroom 1 downstairs fully furnished including a Queen Bed, dresser, a rocker, two large closets and a sink in the room. Hair dryer provided under the sink. Extra hand towels and washcloths in sink cabinet. There is also a television NOT connected to streaming services but connected to DVD/VHS player. Some Disney VHS movies and Misc DVD’s located in Entertainment center. NOT all of the DVD’s are for children, some are R rated so exercise parental discretion if youngsters are staying in this bedroom, just Please return the DVD case to that bedroom upon departure.
Bedroom 2 downstairs is fully furnished including a queen bed and and large dresser. There is also a large closet.
Bathroom between two downstairs bedrooms is accessed from the hall and is a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Hair dryer located under the sink. limited additional towels and linens are available in closet behind the door and in the hall closet
Utility room: Full size washer and Dryer. An Ironing Board and Iron can be found in one of the Bdroom 1 Closets. Cleaning supplies (if needed), are located in cabinets over the washer and dryer and under kitchen and bathroom sinks. The 3rd bath is located just off the utility area and features a large ADA accessible shower, and ADA sink and toilet. There is a hair dryer available in this bath also.
Storage shed adjacent to entry doorway. Key box code will open the lock. Inside you will find a propane gas grill, please only use outdoors and return to shed CLEAN after use to avoid unwanted Bear visits! Ski storage is also available in this shed.
