The home is located 10 minutes from down town Moab, 15 minutes to Arches National park, 20 Minutes from Canyon lands National Park and close to many other State Parks. This home is the perfect location for your trip to Moab. This contemporary home is stock with everything you will need to make your stay with us a perfect 10. You will enjoy all the views Moab has to offer with large patios and custom built in fire pit for those amazing Moab nights with unmatched star gazing. ADDITIONAL BEDDING: You have access to an additional 2 Guest beds with memory foam which makes a super comfortable guest bed. These will be made up at guest request and can be placed in multiple rooms upon arrival.
KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, gas fire pit and 8 person private hot tub.
LIVING ROOM: This large living space offers a plenty of room for your group sectional couch, 3 comfortable chairs and lots of table space. Enjoy your favorite show on a 75" Smart TV and entertainment system. Perfect for watching movies or the game. We have Direct Tv with a premier package for plenty of options.
POOL: The pool is heated year round and temperature is kept between 82 degrees in the summer and 95 degrees in the winter. The pool is fully fenced and has a cover for the little ones in the group.
GAME ROOM: Pool Table and Outdoor ping pong table
PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 2 Paddle boards to use at Kens Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home.
BOCCE COURT: Custom Bocce court with custom oyster shell for a premium game.
PARKING: There is plenty of parking area for up to 10 Vehicles and places for trailers to park.
MOTOR HOME AND TRAILER HOOKUPS: There is room for a RV and 50 amp power and dump setup on the side of the home.
OUTDOOR PATIOS: Wrap around patio maximizes the spectacular red rock and La Sal mountain views. Grill your favorite meal on the BBQ and dine on the patio with a pergola cover and custom sun shade. We have a new 8 person spa purchased in 2021 for you to relax in after the long day of playing in the desert. Sit in the evening around the custom built fire pit with room for everyone.
GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a high chair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.
COMFORT AND SAFETY: Heating and air conditioning along with Humidifiers are available in the home along with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
