Positive: I loved the quiet and safe neighbourhood, the underground station was just a few minutes away. There were many convenience stores, cafes and restaurants in the area. The property was very safe and the staff was super accomodating and welcoming. The room was spotless and modern, we had everything we needed during our stay and the equipped kitchen was a big plus. There were some shower gels and shampoos (not only the small ones typical for hotels but also full size ones!!). Another perk was an iron and a hairdryer. For the price it is an amazing option for students :) The staff answers messages on Booking really fast and tries to solve any problem really quickly.
Negative: We had an issue with a window that was a bit unsealed but the radiators did an amazing job with keeping the room warm. What's more, on the day of our arrival we were told that there is no double room available and they can offer us only a room with a single bed and my friend would have to look for another accomodation. Even though it stressed me out, the staff tried their best to help us and solved the problem by putting an additional mattress into the room. It was not perfect and of course I would have preferred it if we hadn't had this problem, however I'm glad that it was sorted out this way eventually. It would be 10/10 if it wasn't for these two inconvenieces. Apart from that - the stay was perfect!
