The villa is equipped with wi-fi, air conditioning, central heating, washing machine, dishwasher and satellite TV in the bedrooms and in the living room. The proximity to all the main sites of historical, archaeological and naturalistic interest in western Sicily, are a further plus of Villa Roica which is a few kilometers drive from Mothia, Segesta, Selinunte and Erice, from the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala, from Scopello, San Vito and from the Zingaro reserve.
