Located in Clyde Hill, right at the border to Medina. Clyde Hill is very central and offers safe parks and walks to the lake and walks to restaurants on Main Street Bellevue.
Large sunny home is across from the Overlake Golf & Country Club and features 4 BR and 2 baths, modern furnishings, private heated pool, large lush back yard and multiple indoor-outdoor patios. Pool is heated to 78-80F between April 20 to September 30, so if you are getting away from the AZ or FL heat for the summer, this is the perfect place.
The house is very central and a 5 minute walk to the St Thomas School and 10 minutes to Medina Beach Park, and a short 15 min drive across 520 bridge to Seattle University District. Very Central.
