Reverse cycle split systems are located upstairs and downstairs throughout the property and all glass is double-glazed, so you may not need to use the cooling downstairs. -Due to space constraints vehicles, boats and PWC cannot be parked in the shared driveway. Only Vehicles can be stored in the garage. The servicing of vehicles, PWC and trailers is not permitted on the property. To maintain the property's cleanliness and respect for neighbours, the washing of boats and jet ski’s and other PWC on-site is prohibited. The tap in the common area is not to be used as it is the property of our neighbour and connected to their water meter.
