Featuring 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is a very cool home inside and out with gorgeous ocean and bay views.

Summary: The property listing is incorrect. There is NO King size bed. The house was literally falling apart. The toilet leaked upon sitting on it. Clothes were still in the drawers upon checking in. And, the place is crawling with silver fish. Long & Foster Real Estate started off being very professional & friendly, but after bringing up issue after issue, they decided to hang up on us after asking for help getting the Xfinity cable box reset. Now, on the flip side, the view from EVERY window of the house is the ONLY thing to brag about ! It was out of this world and is probably the only reason we've decided NOT to initiate litigation on BOTH the home owner & Long & Foster !!! From the front of the house you look straight into the ocean from 2 separate decks & from behind the house, you get to watch the sun go down each and every night over the bay. My wife and I both agree that the multiple views of the ocean & the bay we're definitely the highlight of our stay. It was our second anniversary and will be our last with Long & Foster. They NEVER offered ANYTHING to make up for the pure HELL we endured during our 8 day stay ! The house has potential, but take pictures, plenty of pictures, especially of the vertical blinds that had been broken and tossed into several of the closets throughout the home !!! You may want to get proof that the house was trashed and carpets heavily soiled PRIOR to your arrival !!! Good luck !!! Doug & Rebecca C.
