This exquisite estate is perfectly named for its unrivaled views of the San Sophia Ridge Overlook. Located on the Telluride Golf Course, the home has remarkable views from any direction. Winter guests can access the ski resort with a quick 5-minute drive or a call to the free shuttle service, Dial A Ride!
When you pull into the large driveway, there will be plenty of room for a large family, a 2-car garage with additional outdoor spaces as well. The bright entryway leads you into your GREAT room. With 30-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, this room is the definition of a great room. There is a comfy reading nook with a large fireplace, and the dining area leads to a gourmet chef's kitchen. This open floor plan is perfect for the gathering and feeding of a big family or group! The luxurious main primary bedroom is on the main floor. The ensuite features heated floors that will make you smile on those cold Colorado winter mornings. A guest primary bedroom downstairs has the same features as the main one.
Make your way down to the lower level of the home, where the real entertainment begins! The downstairs living and entertainment area has its own fireplace, wet bar, pool table, and theater to watch your favorite streaming channels or one of the many DVDs the owner has available. For the fitness guru of the group, there is a Peloton available for responsible adult use. There is an 8-person hot tub right outside in the backyard. A half bath is on this level. There is a large kids' compound also on this level. Two sets of bunkbeds (twins and a captain's bunk), a game table, and a full bathroom. Laundry is also located on this level.
Head all the way up to the 2nd floor for the rest of the bedrooms. There is an office in an open loft overlooking the great room should you have to do any work while you are visiting. Let's hope not!
