Newly constructed and built to resemble the Spanish bungalows that make California famous but unlike any other properties in Avila. The beautiful boosted tile roof and heavy dark wood rafters are accented with copper gutters and compliment the Spanish Mission style hand textured stucco. The traditional exterior is contrasted with modern interior including; French oak floors, upgraded Samsung appliances including a smart hub refrigerator, 3 zoned mini-split heating and a/c system, tank-less water heater, custom cabinets, and quartz counter tops throughout. The home can sleep 4 with two bedrooms each feature their own private bathroom plus there is a half bath off the living area. The upstairs master has a floor to ceiling subway tiles shower with frame-less glass doors and a charcoal hex tile floor. The downstairs guest bedroom boasts a deep soaking tub, private side entry door, and small kitchenette including a glass door mini-fridge and built-in microwave.
