The perfect open-concept, airy, and bright Napa Valley home with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an office, garage with parking or storage and workout space, and tranquil indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxation.
Front of the house offers 2 parking spaces in the driveway. There is a cute front porch space to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon beverage in the shade, or sit and relax, play a game or read.
The front entrance offers a cozy reading or lounge space with decorative fireplace, adjacent to the 8-seater formal dining space. The kitchen includes a 55-bottle dual zone wine fridge, perfect for living in the Napa Valley, as well as a small kitchen table and breakfast bar. There is a dishwasher, gas oven/stove, side-by-side fridge/freezer, and microwave. The kitchen includes additional small appliances such a coffee maker, toaster, food processor, and blender. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with sleeper sofa (full mattress) with access to the backyard. The master bedroom is more spacious with a queen bed, has an ensuite bathroom which includes dual sinks and a soaking tub/shower combo, and has access directly to the rear patio. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with adjustable frame and is located directly across the hall from the 2nd bath with tub/shower combo. The office includes a sit/stand desk with dual monitors.
The house has a lovely backyard space where you can unwind and relax day or night. There is a church directly behind the house, so there are no rear neighbors on a regular basis. New 7 foot fence installed in 2023, providing excellent privacy. There is exquisite lounge/patio furniture, a small bistro table for outdoor dining, a hammock to relax and gaze at the stars, 2 outdoor heaters for chilly days or nights, a large umbrella for shade, and lighting for the entire space.
There is a 2 car garage included: one side is available for parking a car or storage, the other side has a home gym. There are other sporting items, such a basketball, volleyball, tennis rackets & balls, and a cornhole set for your use.
All utilities included - water, gas, electricity, garbage, landscaping, and fiber high speed internet. Home has central AC and heating. On-site full size laundry in the main hallway closet. Rental comes with starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, kleenex, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, etc.), however tenant will be expected to purchase once used up (do not need to replace upon departure).
