Complex of 2 independant houses ideally placed in a quiet subburb but near all the commodities. Renovated and refurbished with quality material and furnitures, the property is meant for comfort and peacefulness. The first house includes 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and can accomodate up to 10 guests. The second one has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is meant for up to 6 persons. Thus you can organize your group according to your needs wether some prefer to go out at night and other are waking up early. Room 1 in the larger house is on the ground floor, the others are upstairs.Inside each house you'll find all the modernity and comfort you can look for and a stylish decoration with high quality furnitures.
The courtyard can be occupied by up to 6 cars and your bikes. There is also a small english style garden and nice trees to relax under. All kind of shops and the central marketplace at less than 500m from the property, "le petit train" of Saint Tro to go to the large beaches of the city, the best restaurants and the casino. The perfect place to spend excellent holidays for families and groups with different needs. Internet connections in the house are independant, so you have a better bandwidth even though many are connected at the same time.
