Please note: there is a railroad track located behind the homes. Since the train runs parallel to the coastline, it’s a common part of the beachside experience in this area.

* Master Bedroom is located on the top floor and has a king bed with memory foam mattress, attached bathroom, flat screen smart TV, & walk-in closet with several shelves.
* 2nd Bedroom located upstairs has a twin bed and a full bed with an attached bathroom
* 3rd Bedroom is located on the bottom floor and has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. A dresser can be found in the closet. This room leads to our backyard. The covered deck in the backyard has seating for four. There is also a full bathroom next to the downstairs bedroom.
* Washer and Dryer are located in the bathroom downstairs.
* The Living Room is equipped with a sectional and 55” flat-screen Smart TV
* The Dining area seats up to 4 people.
* The Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, utensils, a toaster, a blender, a can opener, etc.

We provide a starter kit that includes essentials such as bath towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, hand soap, body wash, dish detergent, sponge, kitchen towel, and laundry detergent. We have a Walmart nearby where additional essentials can be purchased as needed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
⋇ IDs will be validated before check-in (min age of 23 is required to book). Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home.
⋇ Please ensure all parties occupying the home are aware of the house rules.
⋇ Please ensure any items moved such as pots, pans, beach chairs & other kitchen items are returned to their original location
⋇ NO loud noises/parties/events/gatherings permitted. The community has a security patrol and is run by an HOA, which prohibits parties. You are subject to be asked to leave immediately if another homeowner complains that you are breaking these listed rules.
⋇ Smoking and vaping are NOT allowed inside the premises. Any smoking detected will result in a minimum of $250 to $500, and additional fines if it will impact the next guest stay. Smoking is only allowed outside. Please keep doors closed when smoking and dispose of cigarette butts.
⋇ NOISE CURFEW, there is a neighborhood noise curfew between 10 pm - 7 pm
⋇ CHECK-IN/OUT: 4 PM Check-in & 10 am Check-out. Guests staying past checkout are subject to fines of $50 per hour. These are fees charged by our cleaning company to owners.
⋇ POOL. The shared swimming pool is managed by the community HOA and is usually open between March and October. Owners/Hosts do not control the timing of the pool maintenance schedule. No refunds will be given if the pool is inoperative due to weather or maintenance. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Please observe posted pool rules.
⋇ GRILL: Feel free to use the barbecue that is set up for your leisure. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found dirty and requires extra cleaning, an additional cleaning fee may be assessed.
⋇ Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area, we will follow the guidance of officials pertaining to mandatory evacuations.
⋇ Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance. This is always a good idea during hurricane season & VRBO/Expedia has the option to add travel insurance to your reservation.
⋇ Please note that we are near the coast and it's very rare, please, don't be surprised if you see outdoor pests passing through as they are mostly likely seeking shelter in certain weather conditions. Please let us know so that we can continue to take preventative measures. We are very diligent and have regular preventive pest control, but sometimes nature can be out of our control.
⋇ INTERNET: While we provide Wi-fi, it's not 100% guaranteed as the weather plays a factor in this area. No refunds will be issued if Wi-fi is not available.
⋇ Please do not move any decorations/furniture during your stay. Should you need to move anything, please put it back where you found it.
⋇ No tampering with /obstructing the view of cameras.
