of the caring Owners.
The downstairs offers an Entry & Formal Living Room with
2 story ceilings, a magnificent Formal Dining Room w/French
Doors & direct entry into the Gourmet Kitchen with Stainless
Steel Appliances = Wolf Range, Sub-Zero, Microwave, Oven &
Dishwasher. A long Island w/prep sink & desk completes
the prefect place to create a 7 course meal or just begin
the day with a cup of coffee or tea; the Kitchen Nook has
casual seating for six and opens to the cozy Family Room
with HD TV ( cable included ), DVD & gas Fireplace ~ French
Doors bring you out to the relaxing back yard ~ which includes
a built-in Barbecue Island, an outdoor Living Room w/Shade,
an extra Patio Table w/Umbrella for al fresco dining & a
refreshing, oversized, non-heated Spa with waterfall. Separate 1/2 Bath off
Kitchen, downstairs Bedroom with Queen Bed & w/Ensuite
Tub/Shower Combo & Laundry Room with utility sink,
Full size Washer/Dryer leading into the garage complete
