This great house has all the original charm of the 1950's with a great location right off I-40; Easy to find just get off the Rio Grande exit of I-40. DO note - This home only has a Kitchenette! It is a great home for a stop over and for a home base for outdoor activites!
Come stay for a night on your motorcycle or RV trip, or stay for the whole Balloon Festival. Expansive RV and motorcycle gated parking available.

The home does not have a "full kitchen", so don't feel pressure to cook! Old Town and fabulous food is 3 blocks south, so enjoy all the local flavors! Home has a hot plate, microwave, and refrigerator for a quick breakfast or lunch on the go.
4 bedrooms one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, a third with a full/twin bunk bed and a queen, and fourth has a queen bed. Lots of space for kids and to relax.

Summary: The house was nice and very convenient to Old Downtown New Mexico. The property is on the corner right off the highway , so, you do hear the cars and get the bright lights all night long if you get the master bedroom. I suggest some blackout mini blinds. Then there’s the convenience store directly across the road where there are homeless people and is bit scary to be awakened from their screams. The parking lot is locked and gated. For a night or 2 at the most it is good.
