This is a three bedroom two bath house and a two bedroom one bath casa rented as one full Villa.  this is perfect for extended family or big groups that want some privacy, yet your group can still comingle in the common areas like the pool, spa, fire pits, and game room. Then you can retreat to your own bedrooms and each house and Casa has their own living room and kitchens. If this is too big for your needs, you can also rent out the house or Casa separately. We welcome 4 legged family members and provide dog bed, blanket and bowls.
Crib and changing station on site at all times, in the master bedroom closet.
Please do not put any food down the sinks or flush anything down the toilet other that human waste and the provided septic safe toilet paper. This includes but not limited to food scraps, coffee grinds, egg shells, paper of any kind, tampons, and baby wipes(been if they state they are flushable). Grease and oil must be absorbed with papertowels when cooled and disposed of in the trash. Oil solidifies when cooled and will block the plumbing lines. House is on septic and these habits should be used on sewer as well however septic is more sensitive to blockage if not uses properly.
No pets in pool please. When pets swim in the pool it causes extensive cleaning because of the fur getting clogged up in the filters. We try to keep our cost down and avoid having to pay a filter cleaning, which is often what will happen after your pet takes a dip.
No parties of any kind, no exceptions. The Hideaway is meant for a getaway for relaxation, quiet, and fun for the paid guest. Commercial Vidoes or Photography must be approved in advance.
There is a maximum of 10 overnight guests ( if you have small children that exceed 10 we do have cribs and can add an additional infant at no charge) allowed at all times and each guest must be registered prior to check in. We want you to enjoy yourselves so if you have visitors we can approve them on a case by case basis , please message and we will need names of all visitors. There is a camera at the driveway entrance and if it is discovered that more people have checked in to the property, then was stated on the reservation, your booking will be subject to immediate cancellation without notice.

We are so excited to have introduced our game room in Dec 2023! This is a separate building from the House and Casa. We ask that when using the air hockey and infinity game boards that you please turn them off when you are finished.
Bookings for 30 days or more require guests to be approved prior to access and to sign a month to month lease agreement.
