Access to the property is automated - we have a SmartLock. Guests may park in the garage or utilize the spacious driveway parking.
Sleeping Arrangements
Brand-new Zinus Green Tea memory foam mattresses and Beckham Hotel Collection pillows throughout the house will have you sleeping soundly -- King, 2 Queens, and 3 Twin beds, along with a luxury sleeper section sofa that pulls out into a full-size bed. (We also have a full-size air mattress available for additional sleeping space, if needed.)
Kitchen
Well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, kitchenware, and some basic spices/herbs. There is also a toaster, George Foreman, molcajete, chopper, blender, hand mixer, standard drip coffee pot, popcorn maker, French Press, water kettle, and a coffee grinder. And, if you're planning a family get-together, we have a few items for those special moments. Like a cheeseboard, serving dishes, an ice bucket, an ice chest, and a glass cake holder, to name just a few items. Please be sure to dig through our pantry and dining room cabinets. You never know what might be in there that might make your trip a little more comfortable. We also have an adult-size square folding table, four adult-size metal folding chairs, one kid-size square folding table, four kid-size metal folding chairs, and four camping chairs if you need more space for dining.
Entertainment
The property has three TVs. All TVs have Blu-ray/DVD players as well as Roku streaming systems. We also have an extensive library of DVDs and Blu-Ray movies, as well as some books and board games available to use during your stay.
Children
There are a variety of childcare items throughout the house. Child-friendly plates, bowls, cups, and plastic utensils. A crib, high chair, booster seat, 4-n-1 baby tub, travel crib, baby monitor, playing mat, three baby gates, outlet covers, and an adjustable freestanding play yard are also available. The lower kitchen/bathroom cabinets have safety locks.
Pets ($25)
Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture, but we do provide a comfy dog bed for your furry family member. There is also a medium-sized dog kennel available if you crate-train your pet. Additionally, there are three baby/pet gates available for use, pet towels, poop bags, and extra food/water bowls.
Back Yard
Fenced-in backyard. Motion sensor lights along the fence. Large uncovered back patio with charcoal grill and seating area. We also have a hanging rack for towels on the fence. (NO PARTIES. NO LOUD MUSIC.)
Security
Ring Doorbell, External Ring Security Camera above garage, and an External Ring Security Camera on the back patio. No surveillance or recording devices inside the house.
Parking
We have a garage, a spacious driveway, and street parking in front of the house. (Please try to avoid parking in front of our neighbor's houses. And, absolutely no parking on the grass in the front yard.)
