One bedroom and bathroom is located on the ground floor, while a further 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor. A utility room with washing machine is located adjacent to the kitchen.
Facilities include a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating throughout. The kitchen includes an induction hob, fan oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The property offers a spacious outside terrace with adjacent lawned gardens, pool and jacuzzi (which can be heated) and a BBQ area. The terrace includes extensive outside seating, including dining table, dining chairs, parasols for shade, and sun loungers next to the heated pool and hot tub. There is high fencing all around the property, perfect for young families, plus a safety fence around the pool for extra safety measures, ideal again for young children, which can be removed if desired.
