The house has a resident cat “Midnight” who will be here with you to receive cuddles. She is a friendly cat who loves children. She is self sufficient so no need to do anything for her.

When you enter the property you will treated with tea, coffee, coffee beans, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and pods, laundry detergent, garbage bags, cloths, tissues and paper towels are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that.
Guest access:
Entire use of house but please note garage will not be of use to guests as well as the front room. There is ample parking on the driveway and street.
Please remember that the property is located in the residential area and it is appreciated that all noises are kept to a minimum. We have a zero tolerance policy to excessive noise and appreciate that noice ceases at 10.30pm.
