This beautiful home completed in October 2022 includes an 8 foot stock tank pool in the backyard (available April-September)! Located in family-friendly & safe part of Las Cruces with multiple nearby parks (splash pad, ninja course, and more). The home has close access to Hwy 70 and Red Hawk Golf Course. Features two smart TVs, super fast 500 mbps wifi, parking available in the garage and driveway. Enjoy gorgeous views of the Organ Mountains from the backyard (with no neighbors directly behind). NON-SMOKING property.
Brand new home with all new furniture and appliances. There are 6 comfortable memory foam beds including a King, Queen, 2 Twins, and a bunk bed Twin over Full. 2 smart TVs and super fast 500 mbps wifi speed perfect for streaming and remote work. Kid-friendly amenities such as a high chair, pack 'n' play, and kids dinnerware are always available.
The master suite features a walk-in shower with a glass door. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom setup with tub & shower between two of the bedrooms that provides easy access. There is also another full bathroom in the hall with a tub/shower combo.
Relax outdoors in the backyard on the porch swing or benches around the fire pit. The backyard has a perfect view of the picturesque Organ Mountains.
The stock tank pool is 8 feet in diameter, 2 feet deep, and will comfortably fit 5-6 adults. There is no fence around it and the cover is NOT a safety feature, so please do not let small children go outside unattended. The pool is set up with a filter and pump, and is kept sanitary with a small amount of chlorine. There is a solar cover that can be left on overnight and during the day to keep the water a bit warmer and also keep the bugs/dust out. This is NOT a heated pool/hot tub. It can be enjoyed April through September and will be drained during the colder months.
Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer as well as the 2 car garage. We also have several sleds for White Sands available for your use in the garage!
