This is a family house that has three apartments ready for rent. These are brand new fully furnished.
It has a private entrance with a garden and a gymnasium that are free to be used by tenants. Along the sidewalk of the house there is space for 6 cars to park with no additional cost.
The location of the house is in Street 35, 5th Settlement, New Cairo, Egypt being very close to Kattameya Heights and Road 90 entrances as well as many shops and supermarkets.
The location is privileged with fresh air, quiet atmosphere and the weather is usually 6°C lower than the rest of Cairo city.
This house is highly secured with intercom/door- phone as well as a house guard who lives with his family in a room in the garage area. It contains an equipped gymnasium room as well as a garden, with few slides and swings, for kids to play in with no addiditional cost.
