In this home, you'll find six bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the upper level, with a king size bed, smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom. Right across the hall are two more bedrooms, with a queen and full bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom right across the hallway.
On the main level, there are two bedrooms located right off the kitchen & the rest of the entertainment area. Between the two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
On the lower level, there is a billiards room and additional bedroom. The billiards room has a pool table, plenty of seating, and smart TV. The bedroom is filled with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (total of 4 beds), smart TV, swivel chairs, and lots of games, including board games!

There are three bathrooms spread out across this home, all of which have been completely renovated. The master ensuite has two sinks, a toilet, a bidet and a dual-head couples walk-in shower. The pool is not heated. We'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a major contributing factor. Although it remains uncovered throughout the year, the pool is not available for use from September-May.

- ALL cars must park in the driveway which has a maximum of FOUR (4) cars
- If you cannot fit, a maximum of TWO (2) cars are permitted to park on the street directly in front of the property
