Each Cottage includes:

Additional Rate And Fee information:
✹ 4 night minimum required for all holidays & special events.
✹ 3 night minimum all other times.
✹ $510 Cleaning Fee is pass through to housekeeping company.
✹ Our cleaning fee reflects the highest level of standards (CDC standards), pristine environments for our guests.
✹ Current local tax rate is 13%
✹ $500 refundable security deposit (Held with credit card; NOT charged up front)
✹ The nightly rate is for up to 12 people, cottage sleeps up to 18. An Additional guest fee of $50 is charged for each guest over 12.
✹ A signed rental agreement is required and will be sent to you by email upon booking.
✹ PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES! While this property is great for small group gatherings (up to 18), for family/friend-type settings, it IS NOT appropriate for events that may include outside people, cars, music, setting up tents, etc. For groups, we must know the nature of your gathering, number and names of people. Any outside guests not staying must be pre-approved ahead of time. We do not rent to groups under 25 years of age.
✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door. A personalized entry code will be sent to you 72 hours prior to your arrival.
✹ A Security camera monitors the entrance door of each cottage and there is one camera on the fire pit. They are motion and voice detection only. These are for your safety and security. Any signs of tampering or attempts to move or dismantle the devices are a violation of our house rules, which may result in eviction.
✹ Cancellation Policy: Cancel any time up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival, and you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a $65 cancellation fee.
✹ We strongly encourage you to consider trip insurance to eliminate any concerns. There is an option for CFAR Insurance (Cancelling for Any Reason). We remind you to read the small print carefully so that you know if it covers what you think you'll need.
✹ The property is located in a heavily wooded area. Expect to see wildlife and be exposed to critters & insects. Bug spray is recommended in Summer if planning to enjoy the outdoor areas.
✹ Our cottages are privately owned and managed, you will not be dealing with a management company, but real people. Our goal is to give you great customer service and make your stay enjoyable and memorable.
