A short walk from the beach, CBD, and Honeysuckle area, this gorgeous apartment is suitable for both corporate travelers, and those looking for a luxury weekend away - without the hotel prices.
This is a one-bedroom apartment, with a queen size bed in the bedroom. There is a fold out king size futon in the lounge room, which can sleep up to two extra guests.
Please specify in your correspondence if you'd like to use the futon, so additional linen can be provided. There will be an additional $20 charge when using the futon when less than three guests are staying.
There is a combination washing machine and dryer in the bathroom.
For parking there is metered parking on the street in front of the apartment which is FREE after 5pm weekdays, after 1pm on Saturdays and all day Sunday. There is FREE all day parking 200m walk away up the hill on Watt Street or there is a paid public parking garage on Bolton Street.

Summary: The property was fine but availability of parking was real draw back and the free parking was difficult to find. Promotion of the property should be a bit more honest about this. In any event hiring a car (as we did)or bringing your is not necessary as you can walk most places and using a Uber is cheaper than hiring a vehicle.
