It is a beautifully furnished 1360 square feet haven that has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, spacious, air conditioned and features vaulted ceilings with 5 ceiling fans, 2 patios and large 2 car garage. The condo overlooks a sparkling pool, is situated in a quiet interior location and is furnished with a comfortable decor! Desert Falls Country Club is a 24 hr guard gated community with a championship golf course, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, complete fitness center, pro tennis and golf shops that are located at the beautiful clubhouse. There are 25 pools in the complex.
Condo has new ceramic tile in the living room, master bathroom, laundry room, in front of the fireplace, kitchen and the dining room, with shutters in the living room, master bedroom, and quest bedroom. The owner has upgraded the kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops and new backsplash. The condo features soaring ceilings with 5 ceiling fans, a large living room with gas fireplace and wet bar leading to an inviting dining room that can seat 8 people. There is a King size bed in master bedroom, with ceiling fan and a private bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower/tub combination and a private toilets space. There is a Queen size bed in second bedroom with a ceiling fan and a full second bath room a few steps away. Linens are provided as well as all the beach/pool towels. There is a 46 inch SMART TV in living room with a DVR and a 52 inch flat screen in master bedroom. Both are cable TVs with HD, HBO, DVD/Blue Ray players. Second bedroom has TV with VCR but no cable. Kitchen has been upgraded and is large and bright, all new Stainless steel appliances and features a breakfast nook with ceiling fan. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you need. This unit has a separate newly painted laundry room with full size washer & dryer, and storage for household items. Private patio accessible from the master bedroom or the living room overlooking the pool and spa with beautiful landscaping, palm trees, and the mountains. Patio has furniture that seats four with a gas grill with all the cooking utensils below the grill. Close to shopping, great restaurants, over 50+ golf courses, theater and music, colleges, casinos, The Living Desert, Knotts Soak City and many other attractions. Renters have free access to tennis, pickle ball, fitness center and restaurant at the beautiful Desert Falls Country Club clubhouse as a guest. The restaurant is under review so check with club house to see hours of operation. Guests may play golf for a reduced fee. If guests book January through March the minimum stay is 28-30 days depending on the month. If coming in April for the festival weekends, guests must stay for a 3 night minimum.
