Positive: I really enjoyed the beach view, property was well kept, king bed was nice, kitchen had enough cookware to make own meals. Host was very responsive, directions for checkin/checkout very easy. Bathroom is nicer than most AirBnB's, plenty of room for tall people and spacious. Property is very quiet, so if you are looking for simple, beach access, ocean views, and just some R&R this place is great. Host has coffee pods which were nice for the mornings, didn't need to run to the store first after a late night arrival. Two beach towels were available which was helpful. Location is great, would definitely do some excursions if you don't rent a car, they can pick you up at the resort. Taxi's are very expensive, almost stupidly expensive in Tahiti. However, rentals are no better, $700 for 5 days, or $25-$30 per taxi to go into town which is just a few kilometers away - crazy. If I knew the area better could have walked, but the sidewalks are very close to traffic and I prefer not to get ran over so taxi it was for this trip. TV can use an upgrade, of course we were not their to watch TV, however, at this resort it's pretty quiet after 6-7pm, so a little larger tv with access to Netflix or something would have been a bonus, but I did learn a lot via the news instead, so that wasn't necessarily a bad thing.
Negative: Nothing negative, however, still some leftovers from prior guest in the fridge/freezer. We cleaned those up. Also, sugar in the fridge had ants in there, I'd assume a prior guest left it out, ants got inside, then they put it back in the fridge. Not host's fault, but could have been caught by cleaning crew. Elevator was not working and this unit is on the 3rd floor, could be an issue for older occupants.
Summary: Very nice property, I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5 for everything.
