Beautiful upscale Faria Beach Home, just steps from a private beach entrance. The ocean waves crash in view on the rustic beach deck that over looks 180 degrees of the county beach line. From Ventura to Santa Barbara, to the islands off the coast, this house is centered in the beautiful views of the horizon.
This outstanding home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably. One King in the master, a King in the second bedroom, and a full over full bunk.
The master bedroom has a California King bed, large closet and full bathroom. It has beautiful stone shower floors with a wonderfully refreshing rain bird shower head. The open glass of the master shower is inviting and makes you feel like you’re in a spa.
The second bedroom has a King size bed also with plush bedding and a large closet. It is a wonderful place to disappear, open the windows, and take in the sound of relaxing waves.
There are two doors leading into the second bathroom, one from the hallway and one from the second bedroom. This bathroom has a bathtub with luxurious custom glass sliding doors and detailed stone walls.
The third bedroom has an awesome custom Full over Full bunk bed set. This is the “Pirate Room” that is targeted to the kids, but yet sleeps adults comfortably ( Max weight on top bunk 200 lbs per manufacturer).
Spacious kitchen fully equipped and allows for great entertaining! Plenty of cookware, dishes, and glasses. Even plastic dish ware for the little ones! This top of the line, crafted kitchen has alluring cabinetry with stunningly paired granite counter tops. The 8 person kitchen table and 3 place setting at the island, compliments the kitchen’s open floor plan that rolls into the living room. A gas powered BBQ sits on the deck for your use.
Downstairs there is a sitting room / library where you can read a book and take a book!
This gated community also has a tennis court that you can access, just make sure you bring your tennis racquets! Right next to the tennis court is a great little playground for the kiddos. Maybe bring your bicycles for a great family ride along the coast! There is a great little Hamburger stand just a short distance from the home. If you feel like heading out for the day, Carpinteria and Santa Barbra are just 15 to 20 minutes away! Downtown Ventura is just 10 min away with great restaurants and family fun!
