Positive: Excellent location near town centre, warm and quiet.

Negative: Very tired, needs a revamp, feels a bit like a student house- mismatched ware and cutlery, curtains hanging from rail in front bedroom, shower curtain needs changing and shower either freezing or roasting if you go at controls ! Airing cupboard and cleaning closet chaotic and vacuum choc full of yeuch !

Summary: Great location, not lux living!
