The Space:
Our pool is open year-round and is not heated. Please inquire if you have questions.
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Right off the entryway is the open-concept living room and dining room. Here you will find a sofa bed, two armchairs, a SmartTV, and a farm table. Off the dining space is the galley-style kitchen stocked with all essential kitchenware items and an additional dining table with four chairs. Our home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor; the bedroom has a full bed. The rest of the bedrooms and the last full bathroom are upstairs. Bedroom two has a queen bed and SmartTV, and bedrooms three and four each have two full beds. Enjoy the fully fenced backyard with a bistro table/chairs, a charcoal grill, and a seasonal pool!
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
