Positive: The host was really friendly; we were able to check in early and check out late without any extra charges. We were given a tour of the house and shown how everything worked and where to find things. Ferienhaus Luka is a fantastic spot to relax. Spacious and spotlessly clean terraced house, with its own parking, patio, a barbecue area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a rooftop sun terrace – complete with a hot tub and breathtaking view of the sunset over the Adriatic. There were 4 bikes in the garage, which we used to cycle along Zadar’s coastal promenade. The kitchen was fully equipped – literally everything you could need (coffee machine!! – thank you)... and a nice surprise in the fridge – wine :) There were mosquito nets on all the windows, which meant we could wake up to the sound of birds singing (without buzzing mosquitoes). We didn’t use the air conditioning, but there was some in every room. perfect place for holidays!
