Arriving at this idyllic retreat, surrounded by the unspoilt nature of Sardinia, you will immediately be put in the holiday mood. With a size of 54 square metres, the accommodation is perfectly designed for 2 to 6 people (ideal for 4) and offers every comfort you could wish for on a relaxing break.
Inside the house you will find a modern and comfortable interior that leaves nothing to be desired. The accommodation comprises two cosy bedrooms, both equipped with large double beds and air conditioning to guarantee you a good night's sleep even in the warm summer months. The living room not only offers additional air conditioning, but also a sofa bed and a dining table for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob, oven, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment. There are also two bathrooms, including all amenities such as a washing machine, shower and bidet. All the windows and doors of the house are fitted with mosquito nets and shutters to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The outdoor area of the house leaves no doubt about its exclusivity. A huge 50 square metre terrace, 30 square metres of which is covered, is exclusively for your use. Equipped with a dining table, chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue, it offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding rocky hills, which are densely covered with plants and trees. Additional charm is added by a patio behind the house, which is also entirely yours. Well-tended garden areas and strips of plants complete the picture and create an oasis of tranquillity.
