Positive: It really looks like in the picture: country-side home with great view of the green area. A lot of light, quiet neighborhood, kitchen with all you need. All and all it is really a place that gives you the great feeling of vecation in the black forest area.
Negative: The appartment itself is 1.5 floor up stairs. The children room is one more floor up, with very steep and irrgular steps. Tne whashing mashine and sauna are common for all appartments and located in the basement. There were many flyes in the room, so the fly nets on the windows weren't so effective.
