Newly built apartment about 45 square meters for 2 people, good indoor climate thanks to clay plaster walls, bright and modern furnishings, living room with seating area and satellite TV (extra bed for 3. Person possible), dining area and kitchen area with cupboard kitchen, bedroom with double bed (2.00 mx 1.80 m) or two single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet, own entrance. In addition to the underfloor heating, the stove also creates a cozy atmosphere. By opening a sliding door, the living room and bedroom can be connected to form a large room. The large window front and a spacious terrace open up a wonderful view over the meadows of the Kaltental. The holiday apartment is attractively located on the outskirts of Osterzell.

Osterzell is located in the rural Alpine foothills of the Ostallgau near Kaufbeuren, Landsberg, Schongau and offers ideal conditions for hiking, cycling and relaxing holidays. Osterzell is very centrally located for activities in Swabia and Upper Bavaria.

If you love seclusion and would still like to go on holiday to the leisure and cultural offer in the Allgäu, you will feel in good hands in our apartment.
Hiking and cycling holidays: The rural Ostallgäu invites you to hike in original and natural surroundings. Many hiking trails are signposted around Osterzell. You can hike some directly from our apartment.
Our apartment is only 200 m from the Allgäu bike path. They have a direct connection to the Ostallgäu, Auerbergland, Pfaffenwinkel and the Romantic Road cycle path.
