Beautiful country house, with all the comforts for a fantastic holiday. Located in the centre of the island of Mallorca in Costitx, in a unique environment, surrounded by nature where you will find tranquillity.
The house measures approximately 250 m2 with a plot of land of 6850 m2, with a nice infinity salt water swimming pool of 8 x 4 m with a depth of 1 m to 1,85 m, with sunbeds to enjoy the sun. Outside there is a garden, barbecue, porch, as well as chickens, ducks, kittens and piglets! The whole property is fenced and has parking for 4 cars.
The house is divided in two floors, the traditional Majorcan style is to be emphasized. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with stone walls, cooker and satellite TV. Three double bedrooms (one of them with air conditioning), spacious kitchen with direct access to the covered terrace and swimming pool.
Two complete bathrooms (one of them outside).
On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with air conditioning. Cot and high chair available.
In the village of Costitx you will find two supermarkets, a restaurant, two bars, a bakery, a small stationery shop with typical local products and a health centre. Nearby, you will find very well known typical villages such as Sineu, a medieval village where on Wednesdays you will see one of the best markets of the island, Inca famous for the sale of shoes and leather, Binissalem surrounded by the best wine cellars of the island. And if you like cycling, you will be surrounded by the best cycling routes of the island.
The beach is about 30 minutes away by car, whether you go to the north coast, with quieter beaches such as Playa de Muro or Son Serra de Marina, or to the south.
